Eat good English stodgy breakfast before trip = stodge up completely
Sit in your fleeze suit to dry it out or bring dry thin thermal for the camp
Thin thermal socks for the camp
Bring some nice food - the Daren Drum can hold quite a lot intact if packed with care
The Foil Survival Blanket (note: blanket - not bag) was an excellent piece of kit. Kept me really snug and warm the whole night. Keeps the moisture from sneaking in and keeps the heat from escaping the ultra thin Dewline sleeping bag. Also - as it is a blanket it just lies on top of you and doesn't rattle like a bag of crisp every time you move. And then in addition you look like a christmas present! Highly recommended
