adventures! Through the years we have explored
local and remote areas of the world looking for adrenaline action, together
and with friends.
Any medium counts: rock,
snow,
white-water,
water,
bog,
wind,
ice,
and the void.
This site started with just a trip
report and a few pictures but after five years online it has grown
way out of hand! Hopefully some of it is entertaining, and perhaps you
can find information and inspiration for your own adventures.

 Rock Climbing We've been rock climbing since the early ninities, Fred started in Bristol and Mathias in Sweden. Check it out! |

 Surfing / Windsurfing We've both been windsurfing a lot when we were teenagers, and we've had fun on the waves. Check it out! |

 Sailing Certainly the thing to do in Denmark. Had some epic trips already. Check it out! |

 Bridge Jumping Mostly Mathias' thing, and very much a dream. We have only bungy jumped so far. |
 Sea Kayaking Also a good thing for the Danish play ground. Enjoyable for weekend trips. |
 Mountain Biking We've been biking since the age of 6 and are still going strong. |

 Fell Running We both did the KIMM in 1999 and have enjoyed some excellent runs mostly in the UK. |
 Horse Riding We both ride once in a while. A bit complicated on the equipment front, but excellent fun. |
 Table Tennis Not practiced regularly. Used to play tournaments in Sweden. |
